Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, to allow check-in details.

We offer a courtesy reminder via email & SMS text, a minimum three days before your appointment date. However, confirmation calls are a courtesy, not a guarantee. It is your responsibility to remember the appointment you scheduled this allows time for any guest to make changes or re-schedule. We ask that all Guests provide a valid email address and mobile phone number, for proper appointment reminder delivery notification.

Cancellation Policy
Please provides a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation, to avoid charges for last minute canceled services. 24 HR Cancellations can only be made via a phone call directly

If you are more than 15 minutes LATE, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

Retail Returns/Exchanges
No return/refund given (all sales are final.)


Visitors, family, and children are not allowed in the studio unless receiving services. Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the studio. In the event you must bring a young child to the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  NirvanaNour reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate. If you cannot comply with this policy, you may be asked to reschedule.

All items will leave our facility within 24- 72 hours after you place your order (this does not include weekends and holidays). You can expect your package to arrive within 3-4 business days via FedEx Express Saver or the Next Business Day Delivery by choosing FedEx Priority Overnight (The US only).


Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. NirvanaNour is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

NirvanaNour charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. **NirvanaNour is required to charge their clients sales tax in the state of Texas. The taxes must be collected and paid to the State Comptroller which we are not affiliated with. **

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Website by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). NirvanaNour reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Due to health related concerns, we do not accept returns on hair that has been altered from the original packaging in any way. No returns on hair that has been installed, worn, or damaged. All hair returns must have the original tags and security seal still attached in original packaging. We adhere to this policy as a necessary health precaution

If you would like an exchange because the item was not as described send us an email we will try to resolve the issue promptly. We will not grant any refunds/exchanges on hair that has been altered from the packaged state in any way. All exchange requests must be made within three business days of receipt.

Once we receive your request for an exchange, we will reply with instructions and RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) if necessary.

* The hair must not be untied from the bundle.

* We offer one exchange per original order.

* Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer’s expense.

* We will only consider returns on hair if the bundle is unused and remains untied.

* Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

* Returns or cancalations are subject to a 15% restocking fee per items.

* Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.

* After we receive your package, allow up to 24-48 hours for your return to be processed.

* Refunds and Exchanges must have an RMA created within seven days of the original order. Refunds or Exchanges will not be permitted after seven days.

* Returns Without an RMA form will not be accepted (package will be refused and returned to sender)

Installment Plan contract

At NirvanaNour we understand that buying raw hair extensions can be quite expensive so we would love to help you ease your stress by offering an installment plan.
Our installment plan is as follow:

. A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to get started (NO EXCEPTIONS).
. First come first serve basis
.The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days.

. payment options are as followed: Visa/MasterCard or American Express 

. I understand and acknowledge that my payment plan can not be changed once it has begun (No changes can be made to an order once it has been submitted.)

* Payment plans cannot be used on discount and sale items.  
* Orders will be processed and shipped via FedEx express saver once balance paid in full
